Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

Comfy Coconut is currently only offering shipping within the United States. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email to track your order. 

Handling Time

On average it takes us 1-4 days to process and ship out orders! We appreciate your patience as it can take up to 12 days from your order to receive your new item since everything is made to order. Please email us at info@thecomfycoconut.com with any questions or concerns.

Returns and Cancelations

We do not currently offer returns, cancelations, or exchanges unless your item is damaged.  We are are small business with merchandise that is made to order, so unfortunately we can not offer this service at this time.

We will do our best to make sure things are right, so please feel free to email us if you have an issue with your product.

If you have concerns about the fit please review our size guide on each item before your order is placed, or reach out to info@thecomfycoconut.com. If you are in between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up.If you have an issue with your order please email us at info@thecomfycoconut.com and we would be more than happy to resolve the problem. 

Re-shipping

In instances where the customer inputs an incorrect or insufficient address and the package gets returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the package to be resent.
